Acme Immigration Consultants specialize in facilitating the process for obtaining a Student Visa (subclass 500). This visa allows you to study and work part-time, with unlimited travel in and out of Australia. While studying, you may work up to 40 hours per fortnight during sessions and full-time during breaks.
Types of Courses You Can Apply for:
- Primary and secondary schooling (Year 1–12)
- English Courses (General English, ELICOS)
- Vocational Courses (Certificate & Diploma)
- Higher Education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD)
Student Visa Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must be at least 6 years old
- Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
- Adequate health insurance (OSHC)
- Maximum gap of 2 months between courses
- English language proficiency
- Sufficient financial capacity
Exemptions from English Test:
- Passport holders from English-speaking countries
- Foreign Affairs or Defence sponsored students
- ELICOS-only study in Australia
- 5 years of study in an English-speaking country
- Completed Year 12 or Certificate IV or higher in Australia
Visa Fees:
- Student ELICOS Sector: AUD 620.00
- Additional Applicant Charge 18+: AUD 460.00
- Additional Applicant Charge U18: AUD 150.00
- Subsequent Temporary Application Charge: AUD 700.00
Processing Time:
- Higher Education: 29–42 days
- Vocational Education & Training: 43–77 days
