New Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

The Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) is an official document issued by the university. It confirms acceptance and is required for your visa application.

No application for a new CoE is needed under the following circumstances:

  • Transferring to another program within the same institution
  • Receiving a credit transfer shortening the program duration

You will need to apply for a new CoE if:

  • You are extending your program duration
  • You resume studies after suspension or leave
  • Your enrolment has been deferred or suspended

To apply for a new CoE, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the CoE request form and submit it online
  2. Allow 10 working days for processing
  3. Ensure OSHC is extended if applying for visa extension
  4. New CoE will be sent to your registered email
